All designs, concepts, artwork, and content created by ROCFLO Designs LLC are the intellectual property of ROCFLO Designs LLC, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment, you will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the agreed-upon purposes. You may not use, distribute, or reproduce any content, designs, or materials created by ROCFLO Designs LLC without explicit written permission, except for the specific licensed use of the product.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the successful completion of projects. ROCFLO Designs LLC is not liable for delays caused by client failure to meet deadlines, provide necessary information, or respond to communications.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon the completion of projects, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance. ROCFLO Designs LLC reserves the right to require deposits or milestone payments for larger projects. If payment is not received by the due date, ROCFLO Designs LLC reserves the right to cease work until payment is made. Any late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of 3% per month.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of the services provided, ROCFLO Designs LLC does not offer refunds once a project has been completed and delivered. If the client is dissatisfied with the work during the design process, ROCFLO Designs LLC will make reasonable revisions in accordance with the scope of work agreed upon at the outset.

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions and changes permitted will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Additional revisions beyond what was agreed upon may incur additional fees.

8. Termination

ROCFLO Designs LLC reserves the right to terminate any project at any time for any reason, or if a client is deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or is uncooperative, abusive, or unreasonable. If a project is terminated by ROCFLO Designs LLC, the client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the point of termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

ROCFLO Designs LLC will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising out of the use of our services, designs, or products. Our total liability for any claims related to the services we provide will not exceed the amount you paid for the services. 

10. Third-Party Links

Our website or deliverables may contain links to third-party websites or resources. ROCFLO Designs LLC is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any linked websites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ROCFLO Designs LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
